According to an article published in the PNAS magazine, after 50 years old, people are happier, they worry less and their stress decreases compared with people in their twenties; this result applies to men and as well to women.
To come to this conclusion, a group of U.S. scientists interviewed more than 340,000 Americans through which they analyzed two dimensions of welfare that are rarely discussed at the same time, the general happiness (global welfare) and the daily experiences (hedonist welfare). The first one is important because it provides a thoughtful view of life, while the second one covers more immediate feelings like sadness, stress, worry, joy, etc.
Through the research, it was found that from 20 years old to 50, anger and stress gradually reduce their levels, while happiness and the ability to have fun are strengthened independently of being employed or unemployed, of still having children at home or not, etc.
The conclusions that were found about “why through getting older, people begin to find happiness” are:

Surfing the Internet I came to a website titled “34 Little Ways to Share with the World.”
This article starts talking about the fact that usually we are taught when we are small, that we should share with others and not be selfish, but over time all this fades becoming ourselves in competitive beings. We compete for jobs, for status; we constantly try to stand out from others and we don’t try to work together as a team with people.
There is a saying that says “It’s in giving that we receive“, but how many of us really practice it in daily life?
The article propose 34 ways to start to create bonds with others instead of building a wall that divides peolple, but I wanted to mention in particular the ones that I liked most.
Have you listen about COP-16? Find out what this famous convention is, because all we have an outstanding commitment to the life and earth.
We are facing one of the most important issues in the world. Climate Change or like others have called this: climate disaster. A real problem that not only includes the rise temperature on the planet, the essential cause is the capitalist system.
According to the Agreement of the People of the World Conference on Climate Change and People’s Rights Mother Earth, the capitalist system has imposed a logic of competition and accelerated growth, profit-seeking without limits, separating the human being of nature, turning everything into a commodity: water, earth, the human genome, the ancestral cultures, biodiversity, justice, ethics, rights of peoples, death and life itself.

Last year, within their responsibility and social work acts, Lomas Travel opened a dispensary in Puerto Morelos that offers daily general medical service.
In addition, from Monday to Friday, it has a psychology learning area and an ophthalmologist make visits to give free support to people who most need it through consultations and lenses.
The consultations have a very low recovery cost (for medicines and healing tools), but the consultation may even be free for those who require it.

“He who would travel happily must travel light.” - Antoine de Saint-Exupery
How many of us have had the experience of packing everything we “believe” we will need in a trip and at the end we regret for the stress of carrying a heavy package during the whoooole trip, and even worse if we will travel by plane cause this means to be crossing our fingers to know if we will be charged or not for overweight.
Today we present some simple packing tips to prevent this:
-It is very important during packing for you to ask yourself:” Do I want to take it or will I really need it?” And if you really need it: “Am I willing to carry it during the whole trip?”
-It is advisable to travel with a backpack because it allows you to keep your hands completely free.
- Sarongs are the traveler’s best friends because you can use them as towel, skirt, makeshift bag, as a scarf, as a sheet, etc. Another advantage of sarongs is that if you wash them, they dry much faster than a towel.
-Take your bath items in containers much smaller than their original containers and put in Ziploc bags to prevent spillages over your stuff.
Sometimes we can not leave and we stayed at home, so you need other ways for recreation, because man has many facets to feed and satisfy. The recommendation is to diversify activities, either recreational or social learning, to receive emotional and
revitalizing benefits of each one.

Throughout history, there have been many reasons why man has been motivated to expand his interests in exploring new worlds. As long as mankind continues being creative and has a sense of adventure his insatiable appetite for curious and spiritual explorations will not end.
There have been many travelers from different times and circumstances that have been driven by multiple motivations, that have allowed us to be whom we are and live as we currently live. How many important discoveries have come to transcend time and distance?
The explorer’s motivations have been personal and have varied over time. Some of their incentives have been the discovery of lands, power and prestige. In Antiquity during the Middle Ages, rather than being interested in making contributions to science they were interested in gaining spiritual benefits. In the past, traders were valued because of the exotic items they used to bring from faraway places while the conquerors were appreciated for their alleged relationship with the divine. However, the castaways were valued for coming from unknown places which were related to deities and also for having stood up and as well for having resisted the nature convictions. Regarding to those who used to bring animals or objects from other faraway places, it was considered good luck and an approval of the gods.
Today, countless trips are made as people come and go from one country to another for vacation, for work or simply for pleasure. However, bringing treasures from other countries does not represent the greatest challenge and furthermore, getting them in your own country of origin may be normal. Nowadays you can get to the poles, climb the Everest, land on the moon and there are already plans to travel to Mars. Today we carry out “simple” actions that long ago were considered to be on the brink of insanity just as to venture going to the horizon and crossing the sea.
