Not Included

-Dock fee: 8 USD p/p paid directly at check in cash (Anyone older than 3 years, should pay dock service)
-Round trip transportation per person:
      -From Riviera Maya: 12 USD
      -From the Moon Palace: 10 USD
      -From Playa Mujeres: 10 USD (minimum 4 people) and 20 USD per 2 people.
      -For those who come from Cozumel, the ferry is not included on the transportation cost and the departure is from Playa del Carmen.

-Appointment in Playa Linda pier at 6:00 pm
-The ship leaves every day at 7:00 pm and returns at 10:30 pm

Cancellation Policies

1. Cancellations made one (01) day prior to the reservation date, will be penalized with a charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservations.
2. Cancellations made two (02) or more days prior to the reservation date will not be penalized.
3. Full refund will apply in the following cases:
   
         - When the service is canceled by the supplier.
         - Due to illness (must present a local doctor's medical report).
         - Due to weather conditions (land or water services).
