Regulations

The Minimum height to enjoy this activity is 1 meter. All children under 8 years must be accompanied by an adult (both pay ticket). Pregnant women can do the program. Avoid using sunscreen before entering with the dolphins

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made one (01) day prior to the reservation date, will be penalized with a charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservations.
Cancellations made two (02) or more days prior to the reservation date will not be penalized.
Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      - When the service is canceled by the supplier.
      - Due to illness (must present a local doctor's medical report).
      - Due to weather conditions (land or water services).
