Regulations

-Children under 4 years old or less than 1.20 m get in free.
-Children from 5 to 11 years old or between 1.20 m and 1.40 m will pay according to established rate.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made one (01) day prior to the reservation date, will be penalized with a charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservations.
Cancellations made two (02) or more days prior to the reservation date will not be penalized.
Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      - When the service is canceled by the supplier.
      - Due to illness (must present a local doctor's medical report).
      - Due to weather conditions (land or water services).
