-There is no age restriction for passengers.
-Child rate applies to children aged 6 to 11.
-Free entrance for children under 5 years old.
-Maximum capacity for each departure: 18 pax.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made one (01) day prior to the reservation date, will be penalized with a charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservations.
Cancellations made two (02) or more days prior to the reservation date will not be penalized.
Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      - When the service is canceled by the supplier.
      - Due to illness (must present a local doctor's medical report).
      - Due to weather conditions (land or water services).
