-Kids who measure 3'11'' - 4'7'' must swim with a paying adult as a companion.
-Those who are taller than 4'7'' may partipate alone.
-This tour is not recommended for pregnant women

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations made one (01) day prior to the reservation date, will be penalized with a charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservations.
Cancellations made two (02) or more days prior to the reservation date will not be penalized.
Full refund will apply in the following cases:

      - When the service is canceled by the supplier.
      - Due to illness (must present a local doctor's medical report).
      - Due to weather conditions (land or water services).
