All the data provided by our customers regarding the operations done with our customer’s credit card are encrypted, so nobody can access our network, as a result having 100% safe transactions when processing online payments.
All the information (such as name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and other data regarding the reservation) provided by our customers to Lomas Travel (DBA Viajes Turquesa del Caribe Mexicano, S.A. de C.V., and/or Caribbean Coast Reservations , Inc.) when processing online payments will be strictly confidential unless specified otherwise to our customers.
Transfers Cancellation Policies:
- Cancellations made one (1) day prior to arrival date will be penalized with 100% of the total amount paid.
- Cancellations made two (2) or more days prior to arrival date will not be penalized.

Full refund of amount paid will apply in the following cases:
- When the service is cancelled by the supplier
- Due to illness (presenting a local doctor's report)
- No show or no arrival will be penalized with 100% of amount paid
Tours Cancellation Policies:
- Cancellations made one (1) day prior to the reservation date will be penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reservations.
- Cancellations made two (2) days prior to the reservation date will not be penalized.

Hotel Reservations Cancellation Policies:
- Cancellations made one (1) day prior to the reservation date will be charged penalized with 100% of the total amount of the reservations.
- Cancellation requests made two (2) days prior to the reservation date will be penalized with a charge of 75% of the total amount of the reservation.
- Cancellation requests made three (3) days prior to the reservation date will be penalized with a charge of 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
- No show or no arrival will be penalized with 100% of amount paid
