-$5 USD (round transportation that must be paid directly at Maroma).
-Tips
-Lockers: $5 USD are requested, but at the end $3 USD will be returned.
-The customer has the option of consuming his/her catch in the Arrecifes restaurant at an affordable price.
-For those who come from Cozumel, the ferry transportation is not included in the extra $5 USD.

Departures

-Daily at 8:30 am and 1:30 pm
-For those who come from Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen or Playacar, will be picked up in the lobby of your hotel; this has an extra charge of $5 USD that should be paid upon arrival at Maroma Paradise.
-For those who come from Cozumel, will picked up at Plaza Playacar or at the Gran Porto Real Hotel in Playa del Carmen; this has an extra charge of $5 USD that should be paid upon arrival at Maroma Paradise.

Cancellation Policies

1. Cancellations made one (01) day prior to the reservation date, will be penalized with a charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservations.
2. Cancellations made two (02) or more days prior to the reservation date will not be penalized.
3. Full refund will apply in the following cases:
   
         - When the service is canceled by the supplier.
         - Due to illness (must present a local doctor's medical report).
         - Due to weather conditions (land or water services).
