-For those who come from Cancun, Playa del Carmen or Riviera Maya, will be picked up in the lobby of your hotel (no extra charge).
-For those who come from Hotels in Playacar, will be picked up at Plaza Playacar (no extra charge).
-And for those who come from Cozumel, will picked up at Plaza Playacar or at the Gran Porto Real Hotel in Playa del Carmen (no extra charge).

-Minimum age: 6 years
-Child rate applies for children between the ages of 6 and 9.
-In relation to waverunners:
      -Children between the ages of 6-16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
      -Adolescents aged 17 may participate just through a written permission signed by their parents.
-Maximum weight per passenger: 286 pounds
-Horses don't go into the water; the ride at the beach lasts around 30 minutes.
-Young children should always be accompanied by an adult.
-It is not recommended for pregnant women, people with back problems or recent surgeries.
-For groups, the program may be modified according to customer needs.

Cancellation Policies

1. Cancellations made one (01) day prior to the reservation date, will be penalized with a charge of 100% of the total amount of the reservations.
2. Cancellations made two (02) or more days prior to the reservation date will not be penalized.
3. Full refund will apply in the following cases:
   
         - When the service is canceled by the supplier.
         - Due to illness (must present a local doctor's medical report).
         - Due to weather conditions (land or water services).
