  • 5usd round trip transportation fee that must be paid directly in Maroma.

Departures

Daily in Cancun the meeting point is the lobby of the hotel at 7:00am-7:30am, in Playa Mujeres 7:00am, for Playa Del Carmen and the Mayan Riviera pick up is confirmed depending the hotel location.

Recommendations

Comfortable shoes to stay onboard. Swimsuit (or waterproof clothes), camera, biodegradable sunblock, sun glasses, cap, medicine for dizziness (in special occasions) and cash.

Regulations

Cancellation Policies:

  1. 1.- Cancellations made (48 hrs) two days prior the reservation date, will have a 100% refund.
  2. 2.- Cancellations made same day of the tour will not have refund.
  3. 3.- A full refund service will apply in the following cases:
    • When the service is canceled by the supplier.
    • Due to illness presenting a local doctor's report
  5. 4.- No refund will apply if the client does not show on the date and time of the service
