Inclusions No Inclusions

  • We provide helmets (Mandatory), safety goggles (Optional), lockers at the starting point of the tour.
  • Food and beverage at Playa Uvas Beach Club are not included.

Departures

Hours: Every day in Cancun at the Crab House restaurant km 1.4, hotel zone at 8:00am, 10:00am & 1:30pm. In playa Del Carmen 8:30am 10:30am & 2.00pm. In the Mayan Riviera the pick up is confirmed, depending the location of the hotel.

Recommendations

There are inherent risks involved in all terrain vehicles and guests must be aware of them before deciding to participate in this activity. We recommend bringing along clothing that you may spoil, biodegradable sunscreen & insect repellent, tennis shoes, not flip flops or beach sandals to procect your feet, sunglasses.

Regulations

Drivers must be 16 and older. Passengers must be 6 years and older always with a responsible adult. The weight limit cannot exceed 350 pounds. Passengers with health problems such as asthma, heart or back problems, with recent operations, pregnancy or intoxication will not be able to go on the tour. All driver's need a valid drivers license.

Cancellation Policies:

  1. 1.- Cancellations made (48 hrs) two days prior the reservation date, will have a 100% refund.
  2. 2.- Cancellations made same day of the tour will not have refund.
  3. 3.- A full refund service will apply in the following cases:
    • When the service is canceled by the supplier.
    • Due to illness presenting a local doctor's report
  5. 4.- No refund will apply if the client does not show on the date and time of the service
