  • Round trip transportation, use of snorkel equipment (life vest, mask, flippers & snorkel tube). Bilingual guide, sodas, bottled water and snacks (fried beans and tortilla chips), taxes and local medical insurance.
  • Marine park tax of 2usd per person, it must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Departures

Daily meeting point in Cancun Crab House restaurant km 14.5 hotel zone at 8:00am, 10:00am, 12:00pm & 1:30pm. In Playa Del Carmen the meeting point is Plaza Playacar at 8:30am, 10:30am, 12:30am & 2:00pm. In the Mayan Riviera pick up is confirmed depending on the location of the hotel.

Recommendations

Swimsuit, change of clothes, towel, waterproof camera, biodegradable sunblock, sun glasses and cash.

Regulations

Children between 6 and 9 years old apply for minor rate.

Cancellation Policies:

  1. 1.- Cancellations made (48 hrs) two days prior the reservation date, will have a 100% refund.
  2. 2.- Cancellations made same day of the tour will not have refund.
  3. 3.- A full refund service will apply in the following cases:
    • When the service is canceled by the supplier.
    • Due to illness presenting a local doctor's report
  5. 4.- No refund will apply if the client does not show on the date and time of the service
