Departures

Every day tour 9:00am, 9:45am, 10:05am, 12:05pm, 12:15pm, 1:05pm/1:05pm, 1:35pm/1:35pm, 2:15pm. Second exit: 11:45am, 12:30am, 12:50pm, 2:50pm, 3:00pm, 4:00pm/4:00pm, 4:30pm/4:30pm, 5:10pm.

Recommendations

Swimsuit, change of clothes, towel, waterproof camera, biodegradable sunblock, sun glasses and cash.

Regulations

No beer on the first reef. Children rate of 6 and 12 years old. Children more than 12 years old pay full price.

Cancellation Policies:

  1. 1.- Cancellations made (48 hrs) two days prior the reservation date, will have a 100% refund.
  2. 2.- Cancellations made same day of the tour will not have refund.
  3. 3.- A full refund service will apply in the following cases:
    • When the service is canceled by the supplier.
    • Due to illness presenting a local doctor's report
  5. 4.- No refund will apply if the client does not show on the date and time of the service
