Inclusions No Inclusions

  • Inclusions: Video orientation, towels, lockers, goggles, foot push, jumps, kiss, free swim, signal platform, hug, dive and bubbles (you will see the dolphins under water throwing bubbles), sings to the dolphins, bar jump and whirlpool.
  • Exclusions: Transportation. In Xel-ha the entrance to the park is not included.

Recommendations: Swimsuit, cap, camera, biodegradable sunblock, sun glasses and cash.

Regulations

Regulations: The minimum height to be able to participate is 1m. Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by a grown up (both pay ticket).

Cancellation Policies:

  1. 1.- Cancellations made (48 hrs) two days prior the reservation date, will have a 100% refund.
  2. 2.- Cancellations made same day of the tour will not have refund.
  3. 3.- A full refund service will apply in the following cases:
    • When the service is canceled by the supplier.
    • Due to illness presenting a local doctor's report
  5. 4.- No refund will apply if the client does not show on the date and time of the service
