Inclusions No Inclusions

  • Round trip transportation, atv's and waverunners (individual or shared), sodas, bottled water and snacks (fried beans and tortilla chips), taxes and local medical insurance.
  • 2usd tax for the Marine park per person, it must be paid in cash at arrival.

Departures

Monday to Saturday pick up in Cancun at the Hotel lobby at 4:00pm and 4:30pm. In Playa del Carmen and the Mayan Riviera the schedule is depending of the location of the hotel.

Recommendations

Swimsuit, change of clothes, towel, waterproof camera, biodegradable repellent, cap, sun glasses and some cash.

Regulations

Children under 6 and 9 years old must pay minors fee. In individual service children can't participate.

Cancellation Policies:

  1. 1.- Cancellations made (48 hrs) two days prior the reservation date, will have a 100% refund.
  2. 2.- Cancellations made same day of the tour will not have refund.
  3. 3.- A full refund service will apply in the following cases:
    • When the service is canceled by the supplier.
    • Due to illness presenting a local doctor's report
  5. 4.- No refund will apply if the client does not show on the date and time of the service
