to make it easier once you arrive at the airport |
- Proceed through Mexican Immigration.
- Claim your luggage. Clear customs.
- Do not stop at the tours information or travel advisory booths, as they may be time share representatives who will ask to see your travel documents and impersonate Lomas Travel Staff.
- As you exit, locate your Lomas Travel Destination Representatives who are clearly identified by their green shirt, white pants, white tie and the company logo.
- Follow directions provided by your representative immediately to board your transportation for your hotel or resort.
- Contact your representative upon arrival at your hotel or resort to confirm your return transfer and make other arrangements.
